At Tule Tube, we want customers to feel confident when ordering from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will review your request in accordance with the policy below.

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging, accessories, and included components where applicable.

Because TuleTube products are outdoor-use products designed for marsh and hunting environments, any item that has been used in the field, damaged through misuse, altered, or returned in materially different condition than when shipped may not qualify for a full refund.

Used field gear, items showing signs of use, abuse, mud exposure, water exposure, or modification, and any final sale, clearance, or gift card items, if offered, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.To request a return, please submit your request through our contact page at https://tuletube.com/contact and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the proper return address. Items sent back without authorization may be refused.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the shipping error was ours.Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
